Quick answer: every product at Core X Lanka has three prices. The retail price is for 1 to 4 pieces and the wholesale price starts at 5 pieces. Both are open to everyone. Shops, resellers and businesses that buy 11 or more pieces of a product can get our bulk price, which is our best price. To see it, register as a supplier, wait for our team to approve you, then sign in as a supplier. It takes about two minutes and no documents are needed.
Why we have a bulk price
We want shop owners and resellers in Sri Lanka to get one of the best prices in the market in just a few clicks, without visiting shop after shop or bargaining on the phone. A supplier account lets us offer a lower price to people who buy in bulk and resell, while keeping our retail and wholesale prices simple for everyone else.
The three price levels

Quantities are counted per product. For example, 12 of the same cable gets the bulk price for that cable when you are signed in as an approved supplier. The cart always works out the right price for you.

On a single product the difference may look small, but on a shop order of 50 or 100 pieces across several products it adds up to a real saving on every restock.
How to register as a supplier
- Open the registration page. Go to Register as a supplier. You can also find it in the footer and on our home page.
- Add your business details. Company or shop name, contact person, business type, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, business address and city. A business registration number is optional.
- Create a password and send your application. There are no documents to upload.
- Wait for approval. A representative reviews every application, usually within one working day. We email you as soon as you are approved.
How to sign in and see bulk prices
Suppliers have their own sign in page, separate from the normal customer account. Go to Supplier sign in and use the email and password you registered with. Once you are signed in, the top of the site shows that bulk prices are on, and every product page shows the bulk price next to retail and wholesale.
- Choose 11 or more pieces of a product and the bulk price applies in the cart automatically.
- Pay online at checkout or use Order on WhatsApp. Both use your bulk price.
- Your company name, address and phone are saved, so checkout is faster next time.
Can I buy more than 10 pieces without an account?
Yes. Anyone can buy any quantity. Without a supplier account, orders of 11 or more pieces are charged at the wholesale price. When you choose more than 10 pieces we show a short note in case you would like to register and get the bulk price instead.
